Do I need a finished idea before I call?
No. Bring what you know: how you want to use the space, a few images you like, your location and an investment range if you have one. The first conversation helps clarify what to explore next.
Can the pool, spa, turf and landscaping be planned together?
Yes. That is the central idea behind the design-center offer. Consider the layout, materials and surrounding space together so individual choices serve the whole backyard.
What can you tell me about cost and timing?
Your site, design, materials and surrounding work determine the scope. The discovery call is a starting point for that discussion; a project-specific quote and construction schedule follow the necessary review.
Where is Patriot based?
Our store and design center are at 11138 Treynorth Drive, Suite A, Cornelius, NC 28031. We serve Huntersville, Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Gastonia, the Lake Norman area and surrounding northern Charlotte communities. Coverage and scheduling are confirmed for each service and address.
Should I start with a pool builder or a landscape designer?
Start with the whole yard. A pool layout affects paths, planting, seating and the space left for children or pets. At Patriot’s design center, bring those priorities into the same conversation before you commit to separate pieces.
What should I budget for besides the pool itself?
Ask for the complete project picture: site preparation, access, decking, equipment, electrical work, required approvals and the landscape work you want included. Then discuss ongoing cleaning, water care and energy use. A pool-only number can leave a lot of your actual backyard outside the budget.
Can you help if I already own a pool and only need service?
Yes. Choose pool care, equipment repair, or supplies and water testing on the inquiry form. Describe the problem and give your city and ZIP code so the team can confirm the right service and availability.
What happens after I send my project information?
Your inquiry gives the team context. You can then choose a discovery-call time through the booking calendar. An inquiry alone does not reserve a call, start design work or schedule a technician.
